General Sales conditions

1. Agreement between parties

The current general sales conditions rule the contractual agreement between Fine Asian Arts and its client, the two parties accepting them without reservation..

2. Order

The order is done directly on this website and after ordering, the client immediately receives a confirmation by email with all ordering details. If you wish to order by other means, fax, telephone, etc. please contact us by email at the following email address: info@fineasianarts.com. The minimum order is 5 items or 100 Euro (120 USD).

3. Price

The price is given in Euros. When ordering, the price indicated is final with all taxes, including VAT but excluding shipping charges to be borne by the client.

4. Payment

Payment is done by wire transfer on bank account held at Credit Lyonnais [ Paris] or via safe payment system Paypal. Fine Asian Arts must have received full payment for the merchandise ordered before proceeding to its delivery.

5. Delivery

All products are available and we abide to send you the merchandise ordered – after full payment has been made - within 2 working days maximum. The ordered merchandise will become the buyer’s responsibility once the ordered merchandise is given by Fine Asian Arts to the shipping company. Any import taxes or custom duty charges have to be paid by the buyer.

6. Guarantees

We guarantee that antique objects correspond – genuinely and to the best of our knowledge and experience – to the age and century indicated. We give free of charge a certificate of authenticity should you wish one.

7. Copyright

All models, photographs, texts and commentaries of this website are copyright by Fine Asian Arts in Thailand and worldwide. Any utilisation not authorised by Fine Asian Arts of these models, photographs, texts and commentaries is a forgery.

8. Jurisdiction

The current contract is made under Thai law. In case of litigation, the client will first contact Fine Asian Arts in order to reach a mutually agreeable solution. If not, the Bangkok Court of Commerce is the only governing body.
